  Very rude customer service. They seem to not like working with the general public. Their follow through with doing what they say they are going to do stinks. The cabinets are beautiful and match existing cabinets already installed. That is the only reason why I went to Alpine Cabinets in the first place.

  Despite seeing the bad reviews, I still went in to Alpine Cabinets to get an estimate on a bathroom vanity for our remodel. Waste of time. The man who "helped" was very unfriendly, and like one of the other reviewers wrote, it almost seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. He didn't even ask for our information to save the estimate and/or follow up. To start, I told him the dimensions we wanted and what the project was, and I was expecting him to start asking me questions about the details and going through what they had to offer. Instead, he looked at us and point blank said, "I can't help you if you don't know what you want"....but I hadn't even said I didn't know what I wanted! I was just waiting for him to be a professional and walk me through the process and the job that he does every day. We've never done a bathroom remodel, and we aren't contractors, so there's no way for us to know what all the options even are. I was very unhappy with the unprofessional (lack of) service we received, and I would not recommend this business. I also went to Schroll Cabinets in Fort Collins for an estimate, and they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.
